By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 25, 2023, 2024 was declared the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" in our country. One of "Azerbaijan's 2030: National Priorities for socio-economic development" is defined as "A country of clean environment and green growth". At the same time, Azerbaijan has set a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 35 percent by 2030, and by 40 percent by 2050, compared to 1990. Environmental protection is a priority in the large-scale restoration and reconstruction process carried out in the freed Karabakh and East Zangezur green energy zones, as well as in the liberated areas.

All this makes it necessary to carry out relevant education and information work, to introduce the opportunities of our country's solidarity with the Green world through discussions, research and research. Proceeding from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the declaration of 2024 as the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" in the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated December 25, 2023, as well as the necessity mentioned above, the Department of Economics of Baku Eurasian University and the Department of Economic Reforms Collaborative of Analysis and Communication Center

On the basis of its organization, a scientific-practical conference will be held on the topic of "green development opportunities of territories freed from occupation of Azerbaijan".

Sections of the conference:

Ø Green economy, importance of solidarity with Green world

Ø Reintegration of liberated territories

Ø Opportunities for regional development and integration

Ø Green development and economics of the social sphere

Ø Development of entrepreneurship in green economy, public-private partnership

The conference will be held on April 25, 2024 at Baku Eurasia University.

Summary and writing guidelines:

The summary should be sent between 200-300 words in 12 fonts with 1 spacing in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages. Keywords should be listed at the end of the summary.

Rules for writing the report text:

The full text should be sent in one of Azerbaijani, English or Russian languages, including abstracts, 5-10 pages, 12 fonts, 1 spacing.

· The summary written in Word format should be sent to the address eyş[email protected] by April 1, 2024;

· An acceptance letter will be sent after the abstract is accepted

Presentation texts should be compiled in the following order:

• MS Word editor

• A4 format;

• Times New Roman font size 12;

• Interline interval – 1;

• Marginal spaces of the text – 2 cm;

• At the beginning of the text, the author's ORCID number, name and surname, place of work (institution where he studied), scientific degree, scientific name, e-mail address should be indicated;

Note: Texts that do not meet the requirements and the topic will not be included in the conference materials.
