Listed documents No. 01, 05, 07 (certificate of complete secondary education, diploma for graduates of secondary or higher education institutions; military ID card or certificate of assignment to a conscription station; tuition fee receipt) it must be uploaded in the "Student Registration to Higher and Secondary Education Institutions" system at https://portal.edu.az/. Original documents must be submitted to the University Registration Office on September 15, 2023.
Annual tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.

1. At the expense of the state budget:
1.1. Those deprived of parental care;
1.2. Children of citizens whose disabilities were determined in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan and who died for the sake of the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, went missing in connection with a military operation and were declared dead by a court; Persons who received the title "War veteran" for participating in military operations for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
1.3. Persons with I and II degrees of disability, students from the group of children under 18 years of age with limited health capabilities;
2. At the expense of University
2.1. Those who choose the University in the first stage of the competition and score 500 and above are completely exempted from the annual tuition fee for the first year;
2.2. Those who choose the University in the first stage of the competition and score 400-499 points are given a discount of 30% of the annual tuition fee for the 1st year;
2.3. When 2 or more children of one family are admitted to the University, each of the admitted persons is granted a discount of 200 (two hundred) manats from the annual tuition fee (this privilege also applies to the following academic years in which the admitted persons study during the same period).
