Since 2012, the Faculty of "Regional Studies and Economics" has been training high-level specialists in regional studies, economics, mathematics, and various areas of these fields by teaching at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. The curriculum of the faculty is organized by the trainings held in the relevant sectors.

The Faculty of Philology, established in 1992, trains high-level specialists by teaching at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. The teaching plan of the faculty is made up of social-political, scientific-technical, language and literature, artistic translation, as well as other fields.
