Opportunity to study with a scholarship in Latvia!

The Republic of Latvia has announced a scholarship program for Azerbaijani citizens for the 2024-2025 academic year at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels of education within the framework of the Intergovernmental Scholarship Program (HTP).

The last date of application for participation in the competition is April 1, 2024. After reviewing the applications of the candidates, the final decision will be made by the Latvian State Education Development Agency (DTIA). It should be noted that the scholarship program is implemented in accordance with the agreement between Azerbaijan and Latvia on cooperation in the field of education signed on July 17, 2017 in Riga.
