Application and registration process

  Conference calendar

· Deadline for abstract submission: February 19, 2024 (accepted with abstract and article);

· Payment and Registration: February 25, 2024;

· Program announcement: March 3, 2024;

· Deadline for submission of full text: between 10 March 2024. (there is no obligation to submit the full text. You can also participate only with an abstract);

• Last date of publication of conference materials: April 10, 2024.

Type of conference attendance

Live face-to-face participation and presentation: You can participate face-to-face at Samarkand State University of Architecture and Construction.

Accreditation

Our conference has international accreditation.

Summary and writing guidelines:

· Summary between 250 - 350 words, 11 fonts, 1 spacing, in Turkish, Uzbek, English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages;

· Full text at least 5 pages, 11 fonts including 1 interim summary (abstract) in Turkish, Uzbek, English, Russian or Azerbaijani language.

Application form

· You can send your abstract in Word format to [email protected] by 1 March 2024;

· The summary evaluation process takes an average of 2 days. The judge's decision (positive/negative/correction) is immediately shared with you;

· An acceptance letter (pdf) will be sent to you after your abstract has been accepted;

· Detailed information on face-to-face participation is provided below;

· The conference program will be published on March 3, 2024. Please verify your name in the application;

· Presentations will be held face-to-face on March 6, 2024. Sessions will be organized based on topics and language;

· You can send your full texts to [email protected] between 10 March 2024;

· References and bibliography should be written in APA Style. Your full text should be at least 5 pages.

What does face-to-face participation involve?

· Presentations of topics

· Publication of abstracts and full texts in the conference book (PDF)

· Separate certificate of participation for all authors (in PDF format)

· Tea coffee

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES OF THE CONFERENCE

Abstracts and full texts will be printed in the book with ISBN

Citizens of Azerbaijan: participation with 1 statement is 50 AZN, participation with 2 statements is 75 AZN (online or in person)
