First time International Turkic World Studies Symposium was hosted by Nigde University. Then it was held at Nigde University (2014,2017,2020,2021,2022), Kazakh State Women’s Pedagogical University, Almati (2015,2018), Baku Eurasian University, Baku(2016,2019). The following X Turkic World Studies Symposium will be hosted by Kazakh State Women’s Pedagogical University in Almati in June 14-16, 2023.
The main aim of the symposium is to explore current academic problems and their solutions by gathering researchers who conduct their studies on Turkic World. In other words, the ultimate goal is a discussion of academic papers and current issues in Language, Literature, History, Education, Culture, Art, Information Technology, International Relations, Regional Issues, Management, Economy, Religion, Philosophy, Sociology, Tourism, Gender Issues and also in the fields of Applied Sciences. Moreover, exchange of mutual experience and ideas regarding new scientific studies, which can pave a way for development, conduct of diverse studies for joint projects to take place in Turkic world in the future are also objectives of the symposium. The festival “We share the same root, we are Turks" is traditionally held in the symposium, serves to strengthen relations among Turkic nations who share the same history, language, culture and root.
