• Abstract submission deadline: 10 June 2023 (only abstract submissions accepted)
• Registration and payment: June 6-12, 2023
• Program announcement: June 14, 2023
• Full text submission date: June 15-30, 2023 (there is no obligation to submit the full text, you can only submit an abstract)
• Presentations in Göreme: June 23, 2023
• Online submissions: June 22-23, 2023
• Congress book publication date: July 10, 2023
Type of Congress participation
• Online participation and presentation: will be done via Zoom. The access password will be published in the congress program.
• Face-to-face participation and presentation: You can make a face-to-face presentation in Goreme Municipality.

Multidisciplinary research not only simplifies the work by dividing it into parts, but also appears to be a driving factor for innovation. We invite you to participate in our congress with your scientific research that combines different fields.

Application form
• Send your abstract in Word format to [email protected] by June 10, 2023. Sample abstract text
• The summary assessment process takes an average of 3 days. The judge's decision (positive/negative/correction) is immediately shared with you.
• Once your abstract has been accepted, it will be sent to you as an acceptance letter (pdf).
• After receiving, you must send the receipt by depositing the congress fee to the following account no later than June 12, 2023.
• Detailed explanation (fee etc.) for online and face-to-face participation is given below.
• Congress program will be published on June 14, 2023. Please check your name in the application
• Presentations (face-to-face June 23, 2023, online June 22-23, 2023). Classes will be organized based on discipline and language.
• The participants who want to be the chairperson/moderator of the session in online presentations should submit their application by e-mail by June 10, 2023.
• Send your full texts to [email protected] between June 15-30, 2023. Click for full text example
• Citation and Bibliography should be done in APA style. Your full text should be at least 5 pages.

Our face-to-face congress will be held at Baku Eurasia University.

PARTICIPATION FEE
Online submissions will be held on June 23, 2023
Online participation fee: 550 TL, Online participation, two notices: 850 TL
The face-to-face participation fee is 1000 TL for one post and 1200 TL for two posts.
Online participation fee for Azerbaijani participants: 50 AZN

Separate certificate of participation for all contributors (PDF document for online presenters)
Cafe break (for face-to-face participants)

1- After the congress, your abstract and full text (the full text is not mandatory) will be printed in the congress book with ISBN. These publications are included in the congress fee.
2- Possibility to publish in International Journals (8 years): 50% discount on the application fee for Congress participants (300 TL).
