On March 19, 2024, a festival called "Nowruz Fest" was held at Baku Eurasian University with the support of Baku Eurasian University, Baku Eurasian College, the Union of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations and the organization of Baku Eurasian University Student Youth Organization.

When the sun passes from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere, day and night are equal. At this time, winter and spring start. Nowruz holiday is also celebrated on this day. So, Nowruz holiday is actually the first day of summer, spring, the revival of nature and the awakening of the land. On this occasion, many large-scale projects are implemented every year. The "Nowruz Fest" festival held at BAAU is also one of these projects. Adhering to the Nowruz traditions of the Azerbaijani people, which have filtered down from ancient times to the present day, at the festival, the Student Youth Organization of BAAU and BAAK opened colorful, eye-catching tables decorated with Nowruz blessings. Students and other participants of the event took part in the festival and in accordance with the traditions of Nowruz, the national holiday of our people, fought eggs, threw hats, and the girls played fortune telling.

At the event, according to the tradition of the festival, various music was played and dance shows were shown. At the festival, the National drum-trumpet group, which is one of the pearls of Azerbaijani culture and promotes our folk music, the Aynaband music group, which is a favorite of young people, our young performer - the winner of the 8th Television Mugham Festival, Hazrat Azizli, the favorite of the stage and the audience, Javidan Fatihi, the soloist of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after M. Magomayev. Ismail Mammadov gave interesting speeches. Then a dance program consisting of Azerbaijani national dances was presented to the event participants. According to the program, various dance shows were performed by young dancers who are members of Mega dance group and BAAU TGT. A number of interesting skits were also shown for young people to have fun.

At the end of the event, the winners of the first three places of the video contest "My President" launched by the Baku Eurasian University Student Youth Organization in January 2024 were awarded by the University administration. The event was remembered with good impressions.
