        Anatolia University of Turkey professor Dr. Zulfiqar Bayragdar visited Baku Eurasian University. Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Bayragdar gave a lecture on "The tradition of telling the tales of the Turkish people" to the third-year students of the Faculty of Philology. He gave extensive information about the reflection of the Turkish concept of statehood in oral texts, the belief system, and the tradition of tehkiyya. Speaking about the great role of folklore texts in the formation of personality of children and young people, the professor also emphasized the role of these folklore examples in the integration of the Turkish people. Z. Bayragdar also spoke about his research on "Kitabi-Dada Gorgud" saga.

          Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Bayragdar's lecture was received with interest. The meeting was held interactively, based on the exchange of ideas, and the professor answered the students' questions.

          At the end of the event, a letter of thanks was presented to the Turkish guest.
