The event was opened with an introductory speech by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, who highlighted the relevance of the topic, noting important points about mandatory health insurance. She then gave the floor to Fuad Bayramov, a representative of the Marketing and Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance.
In his speech, Fuad Bayramov provided information on the purpose of implementing the mandatory health insurance system, the services included in the package, application procedures, and efforts to increase accessibility to medical services.
At the beginning and end of the event, a survey was conducted to assess students' knowledge of mandatory health insurance in a comparative way, and their questions were answered.
