On April 2, 2024, at Baku Eurasia University, under the organization of Nilufar Huseynova, head teacher of the "Foreign language and literature" department of the university, "Ostern" ( Easter) holiday event was held. At the event, the head of the "Foreign language and literature" department, Ph.D., Assoc. Fatma Majidova, Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Ph.D., Assoc. Salman Suleymanov, Natella Guliyeva, head of the Teaching Organization Department, Sabina Jalilova, head of the Career and Practice Center, and a group of employees of the department participated.

During the holiday celebration, the students reviewed the history of Easter, gave interesting information to the event participants about the special celebration of the holiday in the cities of Dapfen, Trier, Freiburg, Germany, and showed presentations. In addition, a video was presented showing the ceremony of "lighting a candle in the church", which is one of the attributes of this holiday, made by students. The main highlight of the event was dances, songs, skits presented in national German costumes, which included interesting traditions of the holiday, and culinary samples prepared by the students for the holiday table, as well as the decoration of sweets and eggs. The event was remembered with great impressions. The organization and holding of such events are successful steps taken in the direction of a deeper understanding of intercultural integration, along with enriching the academic knowledge of modern youth, by increasing their worldview.
