On October 23, 2023, an information day was held at BAAU in connection with the trip to Madrid, Kingdom of Spain within the framework of the ECAR project.

An information day was held at Baku Eurasia University regarding the visit to Madrid, Kingdom of Spain, which took place on July 10-14 within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" funded by the European Commission and coordinated by Baku Business University, in which BAAU is a partner. Speaking at the event, Vice Rector for Educational Affairs of BAAU, associate professor Nigar Huseynov, informed the participants that the main purpose of the visit is to study the experience of Spanish Rectors' Conference and Spanish higher education institutions, as well as France, Poland and Lithuania on student and graduate affairs. He stated that the Azerbaijani delegation included representatives of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as rectors, vice-rectors and other responsible persons of 16 higher education institutions that are members of the project consortium.

Among the participants of the visit, the head of the "Translation" department, phil.E.N., Assoc. In her speech, Sevda Rzayeva talked about the establishment of the Spanish Rectors' Conference, its role, structure, directions of activity in the Spanish higher education system, relevant committees, the work done on inclusive education in Spanish higher education institutions, the implementation of sustainable development goals in the higher education system of this country, pre-university, student period and post-graduation work with students, etc. gave detailed information about it.

At the end of the event, the questions of the members of the professor-teacher and administrative staff of the university were answered in detail by the speakers.
