Strategic human resources management educational program was carried out within ECAR project. 18 specialists from 16 higher education institutions completed the trainings organized by the Azerbaijan Human Resources Institute company. BAAU representative Aygun Rahimova successfully completed the course and was awarded a certificate.

The basis of the certification training is the further development of the knowledge and skills of the persons responsible for the activities in the fields of higher education institutions, and the acquisition of experience and expertise.

Rector of Baku Business University, professor Ibad Abbasov  spoke about the importance of certification. He noted that the strategy of human resources management plays an important role in the development of higher education institutions. In this regard, the development of human resources should be in the focus.

Emil Huseynov, the director of Azerbaijan HR Institute, who spoke later, shared the information obtained from the productive work with Baku Business University within the framework of the ECAR project.
