A meeting of the Internationalization Committee was held at the Baku Eurasian University under the ECAR project implemented within the framework of the "ERASMUS+K2" program. Vice-rectors and heads of departments for international relations took part in the event.

BAAU Vice-Rector for International Relations Sayavush Gasimov greeted the participants on behalf of the Rector and wished success to the work of the meeting. He informed the members of the Committee about the activities of the University in the field of international relations and expressed his views on the importance and role of internationalization in higher education in modern times. 

The chairman of the internationalization committee, vice-rector for international relations of the Azerbaijan University of Languages Jala Garibova thanked the management of the Baku Eurasian University for hosting the meeting. She presented the Committee's charter and action plan to the discussion of the meeting participants and said that the documents were prepared taking into consideration the international experience.

Later, the representatives of partner universities expressed their opinions and suggestions on the charter and action plan presented to the meeting. The statute and action plan of the Committee were approved taking into account the ideas and suggestions put forward.

It should be noted that the ECAR project covering the years 2021-2024 and coordinated by Baku Business University is financed by the European Commission.
