9th International Turkic World Studies Symposium was held in partnership with BAAU

Baku Eurasian University, Nigde Omar Halisdemir University of Turkey and Gazakh National Girls' Pedagogical University held a "International Turkic World Studies Symposium" in partnership.

The annual symposium, held for the ninth time this year, was hosted by Nigde Omar Halisdemir University from June 7 to 10.

The International Symposium on Turkic World Studies is dedicated to scientific research and demonstration and promotion of common cultural values ​​in all areas of language, literature, history, art history, education, international relations, economics, sociology, politics and social sciences.

Baku Eurasian University was represented at the Symposium by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Nigar Huseynova, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Gulzar Ibrahimova, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Sayavush Gasimov.

Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of Baku Eurasian University, Professor Gulzar Ibrahimova addressed the opening ceremony. Welcoming the participants on behalf of BAAU Rector Nazim Huseynli, G.Ibrahimova said that the International Symposium on Turkic World Studies was a successful project in bringing together the academic staff of the Turkic world.

Numerous scientists from Azerbaijan made presentations at the conference. The speeches in the sections were performed in different Turkish dialects, without any translation.

Baku Eurasian University was represented at the festival "Our roots are Turks" by singer Murad Kangarli, singer Hidayat Aliyev, dancer Aydan Kamilova, tar player Ilhamiz Ismayilov and team member Elshan Garibov.
