The science, master's and doctoral sector has been operating as a "Master's" department since 1999. In 2012, it was merged with the Department of Science. Since 2013, in connection with the establishment of doctoral studies at the University, the organization and implementation of doctoral and dissertation training, the function of coordinating the work of relevant departments in this area have been included in the scope of activities of the department. In this regard, the structural unit is called the Science, Master's and Doctoral Sector. The sector operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of science, normative documents on the organization of training at the master's and doctoral levels, orders, directives and instructions of the Ministry of Education, regulations of Baku Eurasian University "On the establishment of doctoral programs and admission to doctoral programs" , Guides the decisions of the Academic Council of the University, orders and directives of the rector.
The sector reports to the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs.
The activity of the sector is based on 3 main directions: master's degree; training of highly qualified personnel in doctoral studies under the Doctor of Philosophy program; organization of scientific activity
Sector responsibilities:
The structure of the sector includes the head of the sector, doctoral, master's and specialists in the organization and management of scientific activities. The structural unit carries out its work on the basis of the annual action plan.
