Representatives of the leadership of a number of Azerbaijani universities are participating in the exchange of experience in Sweden. The event is attended by a representative of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, representatives of 15 universities of the country. Baku Eurasian University is represented by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Gulzar Ibrahimova and Head of the Department, Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva.

The events, which will last from May 16 to 20, will include seminars entitled "The role of the rectors' conference in the development of the higher education system." The seminar, hosted by the Royal University of Technology, one of Sweden's most prestigious universities, is dedicated to the establishment of a conference of rectors and the study of European experience in the development of higher education.

The event will be attended by authorized representatives of the Conference of Rectors of Sweden, Lithuania, Finland and Poland, rectors of the Royal University of Technology, Stockholm University and The Hague-Helia University of Applied Sciences. In the next days of the seminar, Monica Steinel, Deputy Secretary General of the European University Association, will make a presentation on "Universities without Borders - Vision for the Future 2030".

It should be noted that the coordinator of the Erasmus + project "Creation of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan" funded by the European Commission is Baku Business University.
