          The closing ceremony of the 11th International Turkic World Research Symposium jointly organized by Baku Eurasian University (BAAU), Niğde Omer Halisdemir University of Turkey and Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University was held. Rector of BAAU, professor Nazim Huseynli, who spoke at the ceremony, emphasized that the international event will contribute to the development of academic relations and joint research between the Turkish peoples. Rector, professor Nazim Huseynli said that the scientific program of the symposium was implemented with more than 320 reports from different countries. Reports on topics of interest to the Turkic world and discussions on the perspectives of scientific research were held.

        Rector of Ömer Halisdemir University in Niğde, Professor Hasan Uslu highly appreciated the results of the 11th International Turkish World Research Symposium and expressed his gratitude to the Organizing Committee. He noted that the "Kökümüz bir, türkük" festival, which is traditionally held at the international event, is important in terms of strengthening the cultural relations and cooperation of the Turkish peoples, whose history, language, culture and roots are the same.

          Vice-Rector of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Dr. Zakir Jumakulov pointed out that the symposium where all issues of the Turkic world are discussed creates conditions for bringing together scientists from different geographies and countries, discussing solutions to various problems, and common approaches.

           At the closing ceremony, the final declaration of the 11th International Turkish World Studies Symposium was announced. It has been decided to hold the XII International Symposium of Turkic World Studies on May 21-23, 2025 in the city of Niğde, hosted by Ömer Halisdemir University of Niğde. The topic of the conference was defined as "cooperation in the field of higher education in the Turkish world". In the final declaration, the improvement of cooperation in the field of education between the partner universities of the symposium, the inclusion of the symposium journal in scientific reference databases such as SCOPS or SSCI, etc. issues have been reflected.
