On April 22, 2024, a report conference was held at Baku Business University within the framework of the project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan". A total of 100 participants from 28 local higher education institutions, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, the State Employment Agency, the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, as well as external partners of the project, Mykolo Romero University of Lithuania, the Royal University of Technology of Sweden, EFMD organization of Belgium, participated in the conference. many representatives participated. The main purpose of the conference was to listen to the reports of the committees operating within the framework of the project and conduct relevant discussions.

Baku Eurasian University was represented at the said event by Associate Professor Nigar Huseynova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Gulzar Ibrahimova, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor Sayavush Gasimov, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Mütallim Rahimov, Dean of the Faculty of Regional Studies and Economics, and Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, Head of the Department of Translation.

Rector of Baku Business University, professor Ibad Abbasov, who opened the event with an introductory speech, welcomed the guests and noted that he was happy to see them at the university. The Rector said that the project promotes national networking between universities, knowledge and experience exchange, as well as mutual support. He talked about the successful activities of the committees and wished success to everyone.

Gulshan Bayramova, the coordinator of the project, the director of the university-industry cooperation center of Baku Business University, gave a brief report on the activities carried out during the project.

Later, the chairman of the educational affairs and quality assurance committee, vice-rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Eldar Aslanov, the chairman of the scientific affairs committee, vice-rector of Baku Eurasia University, Gulzar Ibrahimova, the former chairman of the internationalization committee, vice-rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages, Jala Garibova, and the new chairman of the committee, vice-rector of Baku Business University, Eshgin Bayramov. Vice-rector of Baku Business University Javidan Heydarov, chairman of the committee for work with students and graduates, chairman of the committee on strategic development issues, vice-rector of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University Araz Aslanli made a report on the activities carried out in the relevant directions.

After the reports, the head of the Erasmus Azerbaijan Office, Parviz Bagirov, made a speech and spoke about the importance of the implemented international projects in terms of comprehensive development of Azerbaijan's higher education.

Regina Valutytė, vice-rector for educational affairs of Mykolo Romerio University of Lithuania, and Christopher Terrase, director of international projects of the Belgian EFMD organization, spoke and shared their impressions about the project as foreign partners of the project.
