The first secretary of the Embassy of Iraq in Azerbaijan Dr. Huthaifa Z. Mahmud visited Baku Eurasian University.

Expressing his satisfaction to see the representative of the embassy in the University, BAAU vice-rector for international relations Sayavush Gasimov first conveyed the greetings of Rector Prof. Nazim Huseynli to the guest. Speaking about the historical friendly relations between Iraq and our country, Sayavush Gasimov said that they are interested in expanding inter-university relations.

Dr. Huthaifa Z. Mahmud, in turn, expressed his satisfaction with the meeting with the team of Baku Eurasian University.

The guest expressed the possibility of establishing bilateral relations in the field of education, research and student exchange and the interest of his country in this field.
