- He was born in 1991 in Baku.

- Graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in Finance in 2013.
- Received a master's degree at Azerbaijan Cooperation University in 2020.
- He has been working as vice-rector for administrative management of Baku Eurasian University since 2013;
- He has been working as vice-rector for general affairs since 2016;
- He was awarded with honorary decrees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the New Azerbaijan Party, for his dynamic work with young people in public activities and at the university.
- Member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2012.
- Member of the Political Council of the Narimanov district organization of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2016.
