Responsibilities

1. Prepares contracts at the university, assists in drafting property-legal documents and acts.
2. Prepares local normative documents and organizes their preparation.
3. Participates in the development of prospective and current plans of the university.
4. Manages and supervises the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the contract, financial and labor discipline in the university, and ensures the preservation of property.
5. Supervises the acquisition and extension of license, permit and other documents necessary for carrying out the activity.
6. Based on the information provided as a result of considering complaints, court and arbitration cases, it develops proposals for improving the economic and financial activities of the University and eliminating the revealed defects.
7. Supervises the procedure for compiling materials on disciplinary and financial liability of employees.
8. Develops and implements measures to strengthen the labor discipline of university employees.
9. Controls the timely submission of references, reports, explanations and other materials to structural units.
10. Prepares joint proposals with other structural units on changing or canceling the orders and other normative acts adopted in the university.
11. It organizes the systematic accounting and preservation of the legislative normative acts in force, the conducting of inquiry and information work using technical means and keeps these works under control.
12. Reviews and approves drafts of normative acts and other documents developed by relevant departments of the University before submitting them to the Rector for approval.
13. The University provides officials and specialists with information about existing legislation and changes in them, other normative-legal acts related to their activities, as well as local normative acts of the University.
14. Rector's advisor should know exactly these duties, be able to apply them in his daily work and make it a habit in his activities.
