announces acceptance of documents for further higher education in the following specialties for the 2023/2024 academic year:

Acceptance of documents is carried out electronically on the platform https://portal.edu.az/ through the "Electronic document acceptance service for additional education" from June 1 to August 31, 2023.

Repeated higher education is carried out only on a paid basis, in the form of full-time and correspondence education. Teaching is conducted in Azerbaijani language.

Those who wish to receive additional education must submit the following documents:

- application in the name of the rector;

- a notarized copy of the document on higher education (diploma and its supplement);

- 4 photographs measuring 3x4 cm;

- a copy of the identity card;

- a copy of the employee's record book (for employees);

After 1993, those who graduated from foreign higher education institutions must submit a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the recognition and equivalence of the qualifications they received in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

After submitting the required documents electronically, the candidates will receive the right to repeat higher education if they meet the relevant requirements.

Those who have successfully completed their studies are awarded a bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty and a state model bachelor's diploma on higher education.
