Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with high professional training, scientific titles and degrees, necessary scientific-pedagogical, management experience, high moral qualities, as well as citizens of foreign countries, subject to the requirements of the relevant legislation, can participate in the competition.

The competition was approved by the Decision No. 5/5 of the Board of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 15.11.2017 "Rules for holding the positions of head of department, dean and deputy dean in higher education institutions" and "Dean, head of department, dean at Baku Eurasian University It is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the rules for holding the positions of deputy and professor-teacher.

Those who wish to participate in the competition must submit the following documents:

- application in the name of the rector;

- personal sheet of personnel records;

- autobiography;

- a notarized copy of the diploma on higher education;

- a notarized copy of the academic degree and scientific name documents;

- the duly approved list of published scientific and teaching-methodical works;

- the platform of the candidate regarding the development of the department

Applicants' experiences and achievements in the field of educational process management, scientific-pedagogical activity, application of new pedagogical and information-communication technologies, innovative training methods, and improvement of their qualifications can be submitted at their request.

If documents on higher education and scientific degree are issued in another country, a corresponding document on equivalence must be submitted.

Acceptance of documents is carried out for a period of 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the announcement.
