To the attention of those admitted to the master's degree!
Bachelors admitted to the master's level of Baku Eurasian University must register electronically at the educational institution. For this, it is necessary to register on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform, after entering the created cabinet, select the "Student registration for higher and secondary education institutions" service among the services provided. Registration will continue from July 14 to 25, 2022.
Undergraduates who do not register will be dropped from the admissions list.
List of documents for registration
Undergraduates registering on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform must submit the following documents to the University during the registration period (from July 14 to 25):
01 The original document on higher education and its supplement
02 Copy of ID card
03 4 photos of 3×4 size
04 Copy of military ID, copy of initial military registration certificate for those without military ID (boys)
05 Competition result for admission to the master's degree from the website of the State Examination Center
06 Work number of the electronic application, user name and password of the personal cabinet
07 Copy of tuition fee payment receipt (tuition fee should be paid to the bank account of the University indicated below)

Note:
1. If the name, surname or patronymic is different in the submitted documents, documents confirming the change of name, surname or patronymic must be attached to the requested documents.
2. The health certificate must be submitted by September 15.
3. Persons from the following categories who have the right to study at the expense of the state budget must submit notarized documents confirming this privilege:
- Children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care (in person, up to 23 years old);
-Students who are children of citizens who were disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan and died for the sake of the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, went missing in connection with military operations and were declared dead by the court;
- People with I and II degrees of disability
4. Those who have won the tuition fee discount announced by the university (those who get 100 points by choosing the University in the first stage of the competition get a full tuition fee for the first semester, and those who get 90-99 points get a 30% discount) must pay the rest of the annual tuition fee during registration to use this discount.
Documents are accepted until July 25, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on I-F days of the week.
