On April 25, Baku Eurasian University and the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms jointly organized a republican conference on "green development opportunities of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan" as part of the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World". At the opening ceremony of the conference, BAAU vice-rector for scientific affairs, doctor of political sciences, professor Gulzar Ibrahimova welcomed the participants and guests on behalf of the rector of the university, professor Nazim Huseynli and informed about the goals of the conference. Then Ramil Huseyn, Deputy Executive Director of the Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication Center, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Yadulla Hasanli, Director of the Economic Research Institute of UNEC, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Department Head of the Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication Center, Agil Asadov, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Ilgar Seyfullayev, head of the doctoral department of the International Master's and Doctoral Center of UNEC, candidate of economic sciences, Ulviyya Nasibova, scientific secretary of "Azerbaijan Scientific Research and Project Research Energy Institute" LLC of "Azerenergy" OJSC, "Regional Studies and Economics" of BAAU The dean of the faculty, Mütallim Rahimov, and the head of the "Economy" department, Ilhama Aslanova, spoke and shared their views on the formation of green thinking in the society and the possibilities of green development in the territories freed from occupation. They drew attention to the topicality of the topic and noted that the conference is also an important step in the direction of forming a sense of responsibility for future generations. Based on numerous facts and arguments, the speakers informed about the perspective results of the formation of the green economy.

Representatives from more than 15 state institutions, universities, and organizations participated in the conference. At the conference, more than 60 speakers spoke on various topics in 4 sections, including "Evaluation of the "Green" factor of economic growth in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan", "Green finance": perspectives and limitations", "Circular economy and green future as a new development model ", "Basic principles of green economy and "Green business" in Azerbaijan, etc. presented their reports under the names
