An event dedicated to September 27 Remembrance Day was held at Baku Eurasian University (BAAU). The university administration, faculty and students took part in the commemorative event. The event started with the playing of the National Anthem. The dear memory of our martyrs who died for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence.

In the speeches, they talked about the heroism of the Azerbaijani Army in the 44-day Patriotic War, which was written in golden letters in the world military history, and the wise and visionary policy of the victorious Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev. It was reported that under the leadership of the Supreme Commander, the Azerbaijani Army restored the country's territorial integrity, historical justice, and international law. The 44-day long Patriotic War ended with the victory of the Azerbaijani Army.

It was noted that with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on December 2, 2020 "On the Establishment of the Day of Remembrance in the Republic of Azerbaijan", we are proud of our martyrs who fought heroically in the Patriotic War on September 27, waved the Azerbaijani flag on our lands freed from occupation, and died for the territorial integrity of our country. and is remembered with respect. Today is not only the beginning of the 44-day Patriotic War, but also the beginning of the road to the restoration of Azerbaijan's sovereignty.

Martyred graduates of Baku Eurasian University were commemorated with great pride and honor, and talk about their war path and heroism was opened.
