On April 4, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed at Baku Eurasian University (BAAU) in the presence of the university's senior administrative and academic staff. The agreement was established between leading companies in the field of human resources and a specialized association for the implementation of the "HRM Mini MBA" certified training course project.
Prior to the event, the Rector of Baku Eurasian University, Associate Professor Sayavush Gasimov, along with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Nigar Huseynova, and the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, met with the guests to engage in detailed discussions about the significance of the project.
The project partners—Associate Professor Afag Huseyn, Founder and Director of "Digital Academy Baku" LLC; Tural Mammadov, Founder and Director of "HRENGINEERING" LLC; Nargiz Seyid-zadeh, Founder and Director of "Human Resource Development" LLC, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and co-founder of the "Human Resources Association" Public Union; and Sevda Mammadova, Trainer and Expert in Human Resources Management—expressed their satisfaction with the collaboration with BAAU within the framework of this project. They also presented their future proposals for further development of the initiative.
As part of the project, a 110-hour practical training program consisting of 5 modules will be organized, featuring the participation of professional specialists in the field of Human Resources Management. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate signed by the heads of the six project partners.
The event continued with speeches from the parties involved, followed by discussions on future cooperation proposals in the conference hall of BAAU. After these discussions, a cooperation agreement was signed between the project partners for the implementation of the "HRM Mini MBA" certified training course.
