An event dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was held at the Baku Eurasian University.
At the event, the teacher of the "Civil Defense" subject, Afgan Zahirov, and the head of the university's Civil Defense Headquarters, Nizami Nagiyev, gave detailed information about the creation of the Ministry of Defense and its activities to the students and event participants. Afgan Zahirov made a wide speech about the self-sacrifice of the personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in eliminating the consequences of emergency situations that occurred in Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Israel and the Russian Federation. At the event, which was organized by the "Humanities and Regional Studies" department of the "Regional Studies and Economics" faculty, a film about the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was shown at the same time, and extensive discussions were held on questions of interest to students.
