An informative seminar titled "Journey to the World of Academic Journals: What to Know?" was organized by the Innovation Sector of Baku Eurasian University (BAAU). The seminar, conducted online via the Google Meet platform, was attended by the university's academic and administrative staff, as well as undergraduate and graduate students.
At the event, researcher and sociologist Ingilab Shahbazov provided comprehensive insights into the nature of academic publications, the process of submitting articles to scientific journals, methods for accessing impact factor journals, and quality indicators for scientific research. He also shared his expertise on academic ethical standards, strategies for preventing plagiarism, and the significance of accessing international scientific databases.
The seminar proceeded with discussions and concluded with responses to questions of interest raised by the participants.
