Baku Eurasian University hosted an event dedicated to Ahmed Javad’s 130th anniversary.

University teacher and professor staff, students attenden the event organized by “General Philology" department. 

At the opening of the event, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played, and the memory of the martyrs of the Patriotic War was commemorated with a minute of silence.

Dean of the Faculty of Philology Salman Suleymanov spoke about the specific features of the poet's work. Seyfeddin Altayli, associate professor of the "General Philology" department, in his report entitled "Ahmed Javad in the Turkish press and publishing house", talked about the works done in the direction of research and promotion of Ahmet Javad's creativity in our country and beyond its borders, especially in Turkey, and the poetic features of the poet's creativity. 

The event saw several presentations and video clips about the life path of Ahmet Javad.

The poet's works and books written about him by different personalities were exhibited at the event.
