A group of students from Baku Eurasian University (BAAU) participated in the Novruz Festival, titled “My Festive Tray is Beautiful,” which took place on March 15-16 at the Baku Seaport. The event aimed to celebrate the arrival of spring and promote Azerbaijani national values. The students attended the festival alongside Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, BAAU Vice-Rector for International Relations,
As part of the festival, the students had the opportunity to explore Azerbaijani national traditions, ancient crafts, and art exhibitions. Participants in this competition showcased their decorated Novruz holiday trays. Additionally, various examples of ancient Azerbaijani art were displayed at the craft exhibitions, which constituted one of the central components of the festival.
It is important to note that BAAU places significant emphasis on fostering students' commitment to national culture and encouraging their active participation in passing on traditions to future generations. Engagement in such events is a key focus of the university's efforts.
