Baku Eurasian University (BAAU) Rector, Associate Professor Sayavush Gasimov, hosted a delegation from the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations Union (ASYOU). The meeting was also attended by BAAU Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, and the Chair of the University's Student Youth Organization, Fidan Azizova.
Chairman of the ASYOU, Rashad Zeynalov, commended BAAU's contributions to the development of highly qualified and patriotic youth. He expressed interest in initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation between the university and the union. Providing information about forums and events designed to effectively organize students' leisure time and promote science, the Chairman discussed the work carried out by the ASYOU and outlined future projects.
Expressing his satisfaction with the cooperation between BAAU and ASYOU, Rector S. Gasimov praised the opportunities provided by the Union for students, its effective activities both inside and outside the educational sphere, and wished the newly elected Chairman success in his endeavors. Providing an overview of the university's activities, the Rector invited ASYOU to collaborate as a partner in future projects and events hosted by BAAU.
Finally, Rector S. Gasimov was presented with the "Innovation and Development Award" in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the sustainable and systematic development of the Student Youth Organization operating within the ASYOU.
