The Center for Turkological Studies of Baku Eurasian University has launched the Republican Conference "Independent Azerbaijan: in the light of reality" on the occasion of Independence Day on May 25-26, 2022. The two-day conference will focus on academic topics and current issues in the fields of language, literature, history, politics, education, economics, information technology, international relations, regional issues, governance, philosophy, sociology, tourism, mutual experience and new research areas. The purpose of the exchange of views is to work on various aspects, such as preparing the ground for future projects to be held in Azerbaijan.

Opening the conference, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Gulzar Ibragimova greeted the participants and spoke about the importance of holding such a conference on the eve of the anniversary of the restoration of our historical independence.

The conference will end on May 26, 2022.
