The opening ceremony of the 9th Scientific Research and Innovation Conference organized by the Turkish ISKAD Institute and Baku Eurasian University was held in Antalya today. The conference was attended by 420 scientists from 40 countries. ISKAD President Mustafa Latif, Baku Eurasian University Vice-Rector Gulzar Ibrahimova, David John Wertley from England, Professor Hulya Cicek from Gazentep University, Professor Thair Al Talee from Mosul University in Iraq addressed the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, the conference continues its work in sections.
