The "Step into the Labor Market with Soft Skills" project was launched through a joint initiative between the Career and Training Center of Baku Eurasian University (BAAU) and the Education Student Loan Fund.
Throughout the training sessions, students explored the concepts of leadership and teamwork, completed practical tasks, engaged in group work, and analyzed real-world scenarios they may encounter in the workplace.
The primary objective of the project is to provide students with essential soft skills and prepare them to meet the demands of the labor market. This initiative aims to help students develop not only theoretical knowledge but also crucial skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
