Ali Al Midvah, the head of the program department of the International Center for the Service of the Arabic Language named after King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah El Humud, the financial manager of the Center, and Vael Alshreef, the head of the Economy and Culture Department of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Azerbaijan, held a meeting at the Arabic Studies Center of BAAU.

At the meeting, the vice-rector for international relations of the university, associate professor Sayavush Gasimov, expressed his appreciation for the results of cooperation in the field of education. He said that as a result of this cooperation, Azerbaijani students master the Arabic language deeply and get an opportunity to get acquainted with Arab culture.

Ali Al Midvah expressed satisfaction with the work done by the Arabic Studies Center of BAAU in the past period regarding the teaching of the Arabic language.

Later, meetings were continued at BAAU Arabic Studies Center. Sayavush Gasimov, scientific head of the Center for Arabic Studies, associate professor Ulviyya Huseynova, executive director, associate professor Mutallim Rahimov discussed the mechanisms of future cooperation, opportunities for expansion of activities, problems arising in the teaching of the Arabic language and ways to overcome them.

Later, the guests met with students studying at the Arabic Studies Center. They got acquainted with the educational materials necessary for students to learn Arabic, and were interested in the students' opinions about the difficulties in this area and ways to solve them.
