 Baku Eurasian University held an event "LONG LIVE MY PEOPLE" on the occasion of November 8 "Victory Day". The event attended by participants of the Patriotic War, mothers and children of martyrs, veterans, public representatives. The National Anthem was played and the memory of the martyrs who died for our territorial integrity was commemorated with a minute of silence. The event dedicated to the historical victory which the people of Azerbaijan have been waiting for 30 years, was organized by the department of "Foreign language and literature" and presented by the head teacher of the department, Fargana Huseynova. Shafayat Aliyev, assistant to the rector, who opened the event, greeted the guests, and conveyed BAAU rector, prof. Nazim Huseynli’s congratulations. Later, an artistic composition was presented, which tells about the bright pages of the Patriotic War. The event continued with a concert program.
