BAAU hosts poetry competition dedicated Victory Day

A poetry competition called "MARTYRS DO NOT DIE, THE COUNTRY IS NOT DIVIDED" was held at Baku Eurasian University under the joint organization of "Azerbaijani and World Literature", "Theoretical Linguistics and Turkish Languages" and "Translation" departments on the occasion of Victory Day. Clear intonation, correct pronunciation, fluency and expressiveness of speech, purposeful use of gestures and facial expressions, tone of voice, ability to hear the poem presented by the participants competing for two nominations. In the nomination of the student's artistic recitation skills, Fatima Muslimova was awarded the first place, Sabina Huseynova was awarded the second place, Peyman Gasimzade was awarded the third place, and Amin Maharramli was awarded the first place, Nargiz Gunesh was awarded the second place, and Kamran Eyubov was awarded the third place for the presentation. Alisamid Kur, one of the valuable figures of contemporary Azerbaijani poetry, participated in the competition and gave valuable recommendations to the students. At the end, the winners were presented with prizes and certificates were presented to all the participants of the competition.
