The final report conference of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Azerbaijan Rectors' Conference" in which Baku Eurasia University is a partner was held. Baku Eurasian University vice-rector for scientific affairs, prof. Gulzar Ibrahimova, vice-rector for international relations, Assoc. Sayavush Gasimov, Head of the Department of Translation, Assoc. They represented Sevda Rzayeva.

Advisor to the Minister of Science and Education, Nijat Mammadli, Director of the State Agency for Science and Education, Ulkar Sattarova, and the project's partners from Azerbaijan and Europe, praised the ECAR project in terms of strengthening the international competitiveness of higher education institutions and the rapid exchange of experiences. It was reported that the main goal of the project was the development of networking and cooperation between Azerbaijani higher education institutions. It was noted that the "Establishment of the Azerbaijan Rectors' Conference" project started in 2020 with the participation of 16 local higher education institutions with the right to decisive vote, and by 2024, the number will reach 21.

In the reports and presentations of the conference, extensive information was given about the need to write the ECAR project, the existing needs, the main purpose and goals of the project, the stages of the project's implementation, including the pilot committees operating within the project. After the presentation, a ceremony was held to present the partnership agreement signed by 21 universities that are members of the project consortium, which is considered the final result of the project.

In the end, the European partners of the project - Rui Mendes, director of human resources from the Technical University of Lisbon, Fatou Estule, head of the higher education department from the French Organization for International Education, Christophe Terrase, director of international projects from the Belgian EFMD accreditation organization, and Viktor Kordas, the project manager of the Royal University of Technology of Sweden, expressed their impressions about ECAR. shared and expressed their satisfaction with the successful completion of the project.
