The management, professor-teacher team and students of Baku Eurasian University visited the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor, paid tribute to his memory and laid flowers in front of the grave.

Later, the university administration paid tribute to the memory of the outstanding ophthalmologist scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva and laid flowers on her grave.

Vice-rector of the university Gunhan Huseynli also informed about the series of events held in BAAU on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great leader Heydar Aliyev. He noted that the Great Leader's contributions to the dynamic development of our country during the time he led Azerbaijan, his care for our education system and his tireless activity in the training of our national personnel became the main topics of the held scientific seminars and conferences.
