Registration of applicants and sub-bachelors admitted to the undergraduate level in the academic year 2024/2025
Registration is carried out from August 28 to September 6, 2024 (until 18:00).
For registration, it is necessary to register on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform, after entering the created cabinet, select the "Student registration for higher and secondary educational institutions" service among the services provided.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
01 The original of the educational document (certificate of complete secondary education for graduates of secondary education, diploma for graduates of secondary specialized or higher education institutions)
02 Copy of identity card (foreigners: personal passport or permit card; stateless persons: identity card or permit card)
03 4 color photos of 3×4 size
04 Military ticket or a copy of the certificate of assignment to the conscription station
05 Health certificate
06 Tuition fee payment receipt
Documents (certificate of complete secondary education, diploma for those who graduated from secondary or higher education institutions; military card or a certificate of assignment to a conscription station; tuition fee payment receipt) when registering on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform "Ali and registration of students in secondary specialized educational institutions" must be uploaded in the system. Original documents must be submitted to the University Registration Office by September 15, 2024.
50% of the annual tuition fee must be paid at the time of registration, and the remaining tuition amount is due until December 20, 2024.
Tuition fees must be paid from payment terminals where the FIN code is required (by entering the FIN code, selecting the higher education institution where you are admitted, Education services - Payment to higher education institutions - in the sequence of the FIN code).
Note 1.: When paying the tuition fee, the student's FIN code, surname, first name and patronymic, and the major accepted must be indicated in the payment order.
