A seminar was held under the organization of the Career and Internship Center with the title of “How to support female students in their career choice and career path” with the aim of raising awareness and encouraging female students to apply to mentoring programs. The employees of the of the Career and Internship Center informed students regarding their activities in mentorship and why it plays a significant role in choosing an appropriate career path. The main topics of the seminar were benefits and types of mentoring programs, tips of implementing effective mentoring programs. Nearly 30 female students attended the seminar and it lasted about 3 hours. At the end of the seminar the questions of the students were answered by center employees.
